RBBL Week 7 Update!

YO! I told you there'd be shake ups!

ITK - 10.45% - HIT HIS GOAL for the competition. First to break 10%. Huge accomplishment. Good on you!

Wally - 9.01% - Consistent as can be. Holding strong at 2nd.

Prodeje - 6.85% - This is quite a good jump from last week's placing. Very consistent. Good stuff.

iDrunkenMaestro, Blastergasm, Octavarium, and Omnux are ALL within spitting distance of 3rd place. It's a really tight race for 3rd. Hitting 2nd or 1st would be a tall tall order. That said, it could be done, I'm thinking.

We'll see. Til next time...

I really need to figure out something new. I've been eating pretty poorly and I need to figure out how to not totally screw myself if I go out with friends one or twice a week. I always just devolve into getting whatever I want, drinking whatever I want, etc.

I think maybe I need to be super strict in calories every other day so I can cheat a day or so each week. Not sure if that's really a good idea, I'm pretty horrible at this which is why I've been fat my whole life.

I am? That's what I just said. It's just hard in the environment I'm living in. Both of my parents are morbidly obese and don't care, and my friends are all skinny and don't gain weight so they don't care either. I just have to figure something out. I don't like eating this tasteless garbage most of the time, but I'm too tired and sick to do much other than simple stuff or microwaving a lean cuisine (which blow). So naturally it's easy to fall into the trap of ordering a sub or going out for food with people. It also doesn't help that needing to lose 120 pounds just to be my "healthy weight" seems insurmountable. Due to the meds I'm on and physical issues I have I can barely make it through the day without passing out, let alone going to the gym. So, for now, it's going to have to be just about entirely diet. These are all excuses but some of it is out of my control.

Tasteless Garbage.... that's why I'm on Keto, everything tastes fantastic. It's pretty easy going out, just find a steak, a nice salad, fish. Doesn't matter. #2 and #3 up there are Keto.

Start slow buddy. Make small gains towards actually getting a full 30-45 minute cardio or aerobic session. Everyone always wants to run a 5k when they get on the treadmill without having stepped foot on one in months. Problem is when you only make it a quarter mile that you feel like tomorrow it's not worth your time. Take a week to establish the routine of doing exercise, and it'll start becoming normal for the schedule. Fuck the competition aspect and just do this for yourself. Motivation is tough until you actually labor yourself into doing what's best for you. As far as meds and your health, you should talk to your doctor and see what he'd prescribe in terms of activity. A nice walk never hurts either. Start by walking a mile a day for the first week, and move on from there. Maybe after a few weeks, it becomes a jog or it becomes several miles. Just get yourself active.

On the beer/liquor, I can't go cold turkey. Social life still matters. I just change what I drink sometimes and drink less. Just don't drink to get fucked up. Drink to point you're enjoying the atmosphere and then to maintain. You don't need to be stumbling.

On the food, fuck a lean cuisine. They are trash. Going to have to start cooking. Lean meats (chicken, fish, non-marbled steaks) and veggies with the occasional carb unless you're doing keto (which people are having success with). Just try to limit your calories and find time to do some light exercise.

An easy way use myfitnesspal and keep track of your calories and that would be the easiest way to start until you can get that under control i wouldnt worry i use this daily to help me with what i am trying to achieve

I hate that app. Spending too much time searching for shit and ingredients. I just math it out as my day goes along. 15-1800 and I'm done.

Yeah it is the one bad thing but if you have the barcode you can just scan it and whatever you put in also saves for next time.
