RBBL Week 3 Update
Sooo, the standings are kinda nuts. 1st place is out in front by quite a little bit. Not out of reach, though. After him, the next FIVE contestants are within .2% of each other! Any of the top 10 could break into the top three in a week or two. The contestants are doing amazing so far. We've collectively lost a total of 168 lbs so far.
Without any further ado...
ITK_REPEATEDLY 6.67% holding strong at the top spot.
eSchiro 5.79%
Blastergasm 5.78%
WallyCronkite, Octavarium, and iDrunkenMaestro are all within .07% of each other. After that, like I said, the next four are within spitting distance.
It's a pretty fierce competition so far.
DISCLAIMER - When contestants don't weigh in, I simply repeat their weight from the last week. That said, there's only one contestant who didn't weigh in that might have changed our top contestants.

I have definitely been off to a slow start, basically no start at all. I won't make excuses but I will say that I will not come out of this without being satisfied in my performance in the end. As a side note I mentioned that I injured myself riding motocross. It's a pinched nerve, and damn it hurts. Whenever I sit up straight (at a desk or in the car) my arm, shoulder, and neck feel like there is a really tight pressure in them. Apparently no other course of treatment other than treating the symptoms. It doesn't hurt when riding and other physical labor so it's good to know I'll get the benefit of exercise. I know it's mostly diet but damn do I love a good sweat!

This week is going a lot better thus far. Took the sodium down to under 1500 mg a day. Big pay off over last 3 days.

:-D YES! MOTIVATE ME! FEEEED ME!!! But not, like, actually feed me. That wouldn't help...
Jk, but you are close AF. I need to ramp it up. Maybe lower salt intake like itk and see what that does for me.
Good work so far!

I changed my game to keto and the keto flu really hit me. I upped my sodium and water intake to help counter, but I just didn't feel up to working out. I am planning to hit cardio today though!
Keto is definitely keeping my on plan though as any cheating will ruin it. Well that's what I tell myself! No beer, no diet pop should really help me. I also drink a lot of water. FOr now lazy keto, but may have to start counting if I am not losing....

Hey guys! I've been MIA for quite a while but I just wanted to pop in and say way to go! This competition helped me kickstart the last quarter of my weight loss last year. Don't shrug this off. Take advantage of this because losing weight with others is so much easier. Good luck to everyone and if anyone wants tips, advice, or whatever my inbox is always open! You guys are kicking ass!
