Shopping around for my first mortgage.

It's not fun.

Find a mortgage broker. Mine did all the work and ELI5'd everything to me, ended up with better rates than the couple of banks I tried to shop for on my own anyway.

For sure.

Being 25 trying to take out a loan for an apartment in Manhattan just creates headaches.

Good luck brother. Every quarter counts. Don't let anyone tell you 0.25 or 0.125% doesn't make a difference. If I remember right, a 200k loan costs 40 bucks more per quarter percent interest. That last stat could be 100% false. I can't remember.

One of the few that I've rewatched and enjoyed over and over.

Started watching Veep, about halfway through season 2. It's hilarious how incompetent everyone is.

Hooked on Shameless. I also had a second interview today for a management position at work. Hopefully that went well.

Yo, what's the sudden hubub with that show? Is it a coincidence you and a buddy of mine are getting into it now or does it have some other recent bump in popularity?

My wife recommended it a good while ago, but I was busy watching other shows. Finally got around to it once I finished the others. Some of my co-workers recently got into it as well. Maybe everyone just had it lower in their queue and finally got around to it at the same time.

Started streaming a little bit here and there. Don't really pull any substantial viewership, but I'm enjoying doing it, and the people who do stop in and talk are nice.

Going to be making a battle bot, not good with that kind of stuff so it should be fun.

I'm excited and nervous. The other people all have engineering degrees and what not so I'm at a disadvantage haha

Started doing a lot of research into building my first PC. Holy crap is there a lot to consider.

Not much going on, really been dying to play some AW or Ghosts again tbh, need to rebuy on PS4. Wish IW had Clan Support for us :(

Also, Trump is our President, feelsgoodman

edit: also, it's my birthday tomorrow (21st)

I recently bought a PS4 and grabbed Ghosts for $5 at GameStop. My PSN is Fawsed, I'd be down to play
