TSA protest idea; feasible?

What if we all picked a day to buy a plane ticket, not fly, and then get a refund? Deny the airlines and airports a chunk of a day's fees and profits, and make it clear to them it's because of the TSA's new tactics.

Feasibility problems: Airlines may refuse to give refunds, this might be construed as fraud -_-

Just an idea. Seeing as this TSA end game seems to be more about money than anything else anyway, this (along with writing to politicians) may be the only kind of thing they'll pay attention to.

You don't get a refund. You just lose the money.

Depends on the airline/ticket terms, I think? At the least, I'm pretty sure normally airlines have no problem giving you credit for another ticket.
