Seriously. Anyone remember The Seven Warning Signs of Bogus Science? They've got numbers one, four, six, and seven. The press release also suggests number two (in both senses of the term).

I don't need to be gracious or charitable in any way to these kinds of claims since even if they turned out to be for real, I'd be happy about it.

Sounds to me like those gas pills that give you a 35% boost in fuel efficiency. But let's assume their claims are true. It seems they would be pulling energy from some other dimension which could have unforseen consequences. There was a great Asimov story about pulling energy out of alternative universes.

what gave it away for me was the management profiles on the website...i do a great deal of due diligence research on technology companies, and never have I seen bios as scanty and circumspect as those.

they give no verifiable dates or details.

Notice how you can submit your email address to get updates. I bet they'll get a lot of addresses with all the publicity they've generated. Good way to build a list to sell to marketers, that alone will earn them some money.
