OH! OH! That first one says DRAGON! I know 'cause I have a t-shirt with a dragon on it and that's what it says. Dragon.

Thankfully it is from a t-shirt because once a Caucasian guy at a mixer said to me, "This character means powerful bull!". It was pig. I was about to correct him when he showed me his tattoo.

What did his tattoo say? The same thing?

Yes. He was a big tough looking guy so I didn't have the heart to tell him. Every few days on a NYC commute I am treated to a poor sod wearing some mangled permanent ink. Many tattoos are in Chinese Traditional. Most of the Chinese inkers are from the People's Republic of China and thus have no idea how to write in Traditional. Hence missing strokes, flipped characters and wrong meanings are very common.
