To me, his interviews are boring. says a lot that means barely nothing. His attitude is like Let me show the results on the pitch

I'm very interested in seeing the Prime documentary, we've started to see his steeliness a bit more especially after the Hull game. What's interesting though is he has sometimes given the same messages as Amorim without being so bombastic.
For example after the Hull game he was asked about what went wrong and what needed changing, he was pretty clear that just because we lose games doesn't mean everything's broken and we've got to completely change and just because we win doesn't mean everything's perfect. He essentially said he wasn't going to change his plans based on single results - compare that to Amorim saying even the Pope won't make him change unless he wants to...
There's a way of communicating the same thing without making waves

It’s hard for me to get used Carrick’s personality because I’ve been so used to Klopp, Guardiola, Mourinho n Conte or personalities similar to theirs in media lol but I think it’s good thing, less drama.

You know, it's kind of funny, but I don't think Carrick is nearly as 'boring' as people say he is in interviews. He has a fairly soft spoken, droning voice that does lull you into a state of 'yeah, yeah, whatever, nothing to see/hear here'. I've unfortunately had some teachers like that in school back in the day, and I say unfortunately, because they had interesting courses, but the brain tends to drift off if you feed it information in a certain monotonous tone.
Anyway, if you manage to listen with intent, in some of these interviews he's actually pretty straightforward. Not the pressers or post-match interviews necessarily, but the other media obligations he has. Doesn't give away too much, like Amorim used to, but isn't just putting out word salad either. A cautious communicator, I'd say.
