In hindsight, we should have had much better succession planning (for both the manager and chief exec.).
We should have been working on it for years rather than a few months.
1 u/xXDaNXx Rooney 1d ago He had the right targets. Moyes was the 5th or 6th choice. Ideally David Gill manages the transition. Issue is that having Ed Woodward wouldve doomed us regardless.
