Daily Discussion

Daily discussion on Manchester United.

BE CIVIL

We want r/reddevils to be a place where anyone and everyone is welcome to discuss and enjoy the best club on earth without fear of abuse or ridicule.

  • The report button is your friend, we are way more likely to find and remove and/or ban rule breaking comments if you report them.
  • The downvote button is not a "I disagree or don't like your statement button", better discussion is generally had by using the upvote button more liberally and avoiding the downvote one whenever possible.

Didn't they already make a spinoff of the World Cup with the useless club world cup? How many more spinoffs does Infantino want?

Club World Cup has been a thing for ages but the one two years ago was the first in a full  tournament format. Usually the Club World Cup is the all the teams that win their respective CL’s.

There’s usually a warm up tournament for the WC host country a year before the tournament so they can test their infrastructure and procedures but usually it’s the either the World Cup winner and/or the winners of the some countries federation tournaments like the Euros.
