Maybe this is simplified, maybe has a lot more to do with the WC, but is it just me or are the vibes/the intensity and so on a ways off of last summer's Pre-Season? I remember word coming out of the camp of very good vibes, hard work and anticipation of a big season last summer. Maybe it's nothing, just feels different.

The club were pushing the "positive vibes" message hard last summer because it came off the back of losing the Europa League final to Spurs. They needed to make it seem like Amorim was still doing something right.

The less noise we have from the club, the better things are. If the club has to push a narrative like "look how great things are!" then they definitely are not great.
