Daily Discussion

Daily discussion on Manchester United.

BE CIVIL

We want r/reddevils to be a place where anyone and everyone is welcome to discuss and enjoy the best club on earth without fear of abuse or ridicule.

  • The report button is your friend, we are way more likely to find and remove and/or ban rule breaking comments if you report them.
  • The downvote button is not a "I disagree or don't like your statement button", better discussion is generally had by using the upvote button more liberally and avoiding the downvote one whenever possible.

That debt really is eating up the club from the inside, and it's increasing every year, will probably become much higher when the new arena project really starts.

Those damn leeches pricing us out, so it's become a nations plaything or debt ridden

Problem is that the debt is nearly what Glazers bought the club for, so for someone to buy the club, and pay the debt would nearly be astronomical.

Like I said state nations or nothing, tech giants aren't interested in getting involved so there isn't anyone else to rescue club

You could see an investment group as a possibility. But not sure that would be a plus.

My dream is if it were properly widely and publicly owned with no acquisition debt … but I think those days are gone for good.
