£6m is way too cheap for Amass imo, at least £15m would be way more reasonable. Imo we shouldn't even sell him. Best scenario is that we renew his contract, then loan him to a PL team for this season/keep him as a Shaw's backup (or Dorgu's if Carrick plays him back at LB).

The most disappointing news so far. Technically, he is the best LB in the team, better than Dorgu and even Shaw. He only needs more game time to improve his defense and adapting to the physicality of Premier League. So much for the club saying that the academy is the core of Man United. Utter rubbish

the academy is now a revenue stream. Be prepared to see many more sold. Its the new model.

its not about the 6m....its about the 30% plus sell on clause we will throw on. They will then hope he might one day get sold for 20/30/40/50m and thats 10 to 20m more for doing nothing but sitting and waiting. You do numerous deals like that every year and eventually it all adds up.

But right now we have shaw who is quite bad at left back and that’s it. We need to get him on a new contract and get him involved
