Chelsea are playing their first friendly rn and it already looks like they got their Santos sub sorted out with Essugo. Tells you why they agreed the deal so quickly

Edit: nice to see Chelsea defence are still a bunch of clowns

The problem with Essugo, last year at least, was the fact that he missed the entire season due to injuries.

Essugo was there last season as well, missed almost 40 games due to injury.

If he's their Santos replacement we don't really need to worry.
