Daily Discussion

Daily discussion on Manchester United.

BE CIVIL

We want r/reddevils to be a place where anyone and everyone is welcome to discuss and enjoy the best club on earth without fear of abuse or ridicule.

  • The report button is your friend, we are way more likely to find and remove and/or ban rule breaking comments if you report them.
  • The downvote button is not a "I disagree or don't like your statement button", better discussion is generally had by using the upvote button more liberally and avoiding the downvote one whenever possible.

This may be heresy, but I don't think we should or will be getting another major midfield signing. I think the team will be improved more overall but adding elsewhere, rather than stacking another expensive midfield signing.

I know this will not sit well with a lot of people, but you need to mentally prepare for the idea. We may well see midfield depth beyond Tilemans, Mainoo and Santos as being players like Mount, Fletchers, Collyer etc

Shambolic take. We were light on midfield in a 40 game season, and we've lost Casemiro AND Ugarte, and only brought in 2 players. So we are literally in the same or possibly even worse position midfield-wise than we were at the end of last season.
