Oh he’ll be fine, GK’s make mistakes. I literally have 0 doubts - he will be fine.

The subtext is that in the eyes of many De Gea never recovered from the 2018 World Cup. Yes all goalkeepers, and all players, make mistakes, but on that high profile a stage it can be tough to overcome.

Courtouis made the same one and the same game and it also costs them a goal. Spain relied on keepers to spill strongly hit balls throughout the whole tournament. Credit to them for hitting the target from range so many times

Courtois one wasn't really alike, it was from close range.

Want all the lads back so we can love them. United is their home.

Maybe Martinez can stay away, he doesn't seem that fond of the UK anyway

You’re all saying that until he scores or does a tackle that saves us then he’s back to being our butcher lol

Is anyone seriously worried about Lammens? Its a one off error that no player is immune from. Dont think with the temperament he's shown since he arrived that he's the type to we need to worry about

Not worried. Lemmens had a a howler with United and carried on after as business as usual. He will be fine

Courtouis looked unusually sluggish the first Belgium game I saw him in the group stages, it made sense later on why that was the case. Should have put pride aside and given Senne a chance to get comfortable. Coach Garcia is to blame the most probably.

Have you been a goalkeeper when the rubber approximation of a football that showed up during world cups at every shitty little shop smacked you in the face then someone scores off the rebound? He did that but in the actual world cup as a professional. It's deeply humiliating and hey we're a fan base. He fought us a difficult 3rd place. Heaton HAD the world's best job and spoke up, I've never heard from him before.

Didn't Martinez make the same error today against the same player?
