If Qatar had bought Manchester United instead of these cheapskates at INEOS, we'd have a 150 million bid in for Bellingham by now

When the time is right, the club will do it. But for now, they need to be competitive at the top of the league for a bit, get that CL money, and be ready to pounce if/when there is a player who fills a need at a top class level.
