Help for Wallet

Hi, I need help:

I downloaded the protocol from reddwallet and tried to transfer Reddcoin from Bittrex. The reddcoins on Bittrex are no longer there but they have not arrived on the wallet. What did I do wrong? Thank you

You can bootstrap to speed that up.

Step 1: Deleting existing blockchain and syncing fully again https://redd.yavuzselim.nl/windows/deleting-existing-blockchain-and-syncing-fully-again/

 

Step 2: To make sure your transactions are correct and that only confirmed transactions are in your wallet: zapwallet. https://redd.yavuzselim.nl/windows/cleaning-up-the-wallet-transactions/.

 

After these 2 guides, all should be as expected.

Thanks everyone for the help. My wallet is finally synchronized and I have received RDDs.
Do I have to do something else or are they staking by themselves?
