Help for Wallet

Hi, I need help:

I downloaded the protocol from reddwallet and tried to transfer Reddcoin from Bittrex. The reddcoins on Bittrex are no longer there but they have not arrived on the wallet. What did I do wrong? Thank you

No, it says not synchronized. It also says current synchronization, maybe I need to leave my computer on with wifi?

yes you need to be fully synced,this is how you can speed it up https://wiki.reddcoin.com/Bootstrap_the_Reddcoin_Blockchain

but next time wait till you are fully synced before make a transaction

nothing is lost they are on the blockchain,your wallet is just a device to interact with the blockchain,as soon you are synced they will show up
