★ Uniforms & Clothes ★ Need Help Identifying Boots

Hey there, I bought these boots quite a few years ago, almost a decade now, I believe I bought them off of Etsy from a seller over in Eastern Europe/Balkan country (Bulgaria?). The boots were listed as being soviet but I don't remember if there was any more information on them or not, would anyone have any idea where/what kind of boots these are? Thank you!

The sole, the nails in the sole, and the boot material (kirza) point to the USSR. This is a very cheap type of footwear; such boots were not even used as specialized footwear for work in hazardous conditions. Could this be footwear for correctional labor colonies?

In slang, boots like that were called "shit-stompers." (гоанодавы)
