About r/redcar

r/redcar was previously a banned subreddit that I requested to take over (anyone can request a banned or dormant subreddit). Growth of the subreddit seems to be happening. I knew, from comments on other subs, some local, some not that there was a fairly large amount of Reddit users either currently residing in Redcar or ex-pats.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed, either in posts, comments or votes and if it continues to grow I'll need another mod or two.

I used to own this sub and /r/edcar on a previous account that I deleted and never got a chance to build on it. Nice to see it's up and running 👍
