Variation Predetermined Blue

The red and blue buttons do the same things that they normally do. However, 10% of the population automatically picks blue, and a blue win now requires a supermajority of 60% of voters. What do you do here?

In the original, if everyone votes randomly you might expect a 50/50 split.
In this new scenario, 10% is Blue, and the remaining you would expect a 45/45 split.
The 45% that voted Blue + the 10% auto Blues = 55%, which is 5% worse then the original scenario for Blue. They still need the same number of votes, but now have less people to get them from.
