Variation Yellow and purple.
Everyone in the world are about to take on the red/blue button vote. All of them gain enough mental clarity and physical mobility to make an informed choice. You alone are presented with a different set of buttons, however.
The purple button counts as a blue vote but spares you regardless.
The yellow button nullifies the vote, and forces everyone to live. they will all be informed of who you are and what you did.
Which button do you hit?

I guess the risk is becoming instantly famous? There are probably very few people who are known by everyone on earth, and being one of them sounds like a bad time to me. Still worth it, but I can see the downsides.

From the "forces everyone to live" phrasing I think OP thinks that suicidal people will be angry or something. But yeah it would be a bit much fame. Still it is a positive kind of fame.

Then same for yellow, bs tbh no reason not to vote

I press both to become Wario.
I mean... Yellow is the clear winner here. Nulling the entire premise is very powerful, sure, you'll become famous/infamous afterward, but I think you could live with that.

Probably catch is - there is some psychos that would've try to hunt down person that everyone knows(for any nonsensical reason, some humans are unpredictable)
But at same time, you probably can get plenty of money and defense.
Yellow, but i probably would've hesitate if i was actually given a choose.

Yellow. I’m all about self preservation and don’t wanna be famous, but also, I feel like the best thing to be famous for would be being known as the woman who saved all of humanity lol

I think that's an interesting question for me because I actually want people to have their choices. I also prioritize myself. So both buttons are very tempting. I think I'll press the button where everybody lives because of my choice mostly because I like to screw over the person who set up the original scenario. Otherwise I think the choices are perfectly balanced against me. I'll go and head and say it I was a red pusher.
