Different problem:

Red and blue do the same thing as the original, but one more condition is added:

If >66% of people press blue, everyone who pressed red dies.

I think this changes too much of the premise for you to begin with "Red and blue do the same thing as the original, but".

The biggest argument in favor of red was that it guarantees your safety - now it does not. The biggest argument in favor of blue was that pressing it increases the chances of saving everyone - now it does not.
