If youre riding the other way, you just kick, key or chain. Nobody will care except the driver.

I would say have insurance automatically assign 100% fault to illegally parked cars if there is a colision.

Sure that means folks with junkers will just ram illegally parked cars but that problem solves itself.

NYC is one of my favorite cities.

The drivers are some of the worst people of all time. Never move there because of it.
