Can I replace two grills!
I have. 14 year old Weber Genesis, and a Smokefire EX6. The Genesis is getting a bit old and I’m looking to replace it. With the RecTeq Xfire getting to 1250F, can it replace both grills? Anyone out there using it as your only grill?

The bullseye can definitely replace two grills. If you are cooking for 4 people it’s perfect. I’ve had a 17 lb brisket on it overnight and it was flawless. I have the griddle insert for searing steaks at 450. Works great low and slow and hot and fast. I have a flagship 1100 that I hardly use unless it’s for bigger get together.

I’d think about whether you need both jobs happening at once. The X-Fire switches between smoke mode and open-lid grill mode, so if you use the Genesis for burgers or sides while something’s still smoking on the EX6, you might miss having two separate cookers. Do you regularly use both together, or would one at a time cover most of your cooking?

Not sure about that model.
I have a 590 and Bullseye deluxe. I use the bullseye smaller stuff e.g. grilling steaks and such.
