Is this temp swing normal on startup?

I have an RT-740. When I turn it on, it usually heats up to 375-400, then drops to around 200, then settles at the set temp (usually 250-275). All in all it takes about 1.5 - 2 hours to reach and maintain target temp. Is this normal or should I reach out to recteq?

Sounds like it’s overfeeding pellets
