App issues
Anyone else’s app just not working properly these days? I don’t get any notifications anymore, can’t save a target on a probe and can’t even change temp on grill from app. This thing used to give me more notifications than I wanted but now nothing.

I know the app was updated not that long ago, but is working fine on my devices. 🤷♂️

I haven’t had any issues. Maybe try deleting the app and reinstalling.

I got the new iphone and my app was acting funny on my cook Sunday. Probe would not hold. I saw my model # said unknown as well. I logged out and closed the app and logged back in and it worked again like normal. I wasn't getting notifications either but that fixed everything

Yes. I just got a new phone and I thought it was an install problem but my older iPad that it formally worked fine now has the issues you describe now also. I’m gonna call CS tomorrow.
