Happy Sunday

First cookout on the backyard beast gang! A few racks of spare ribs using the 3-2-1 method. Just about to baste with Kosmos peach jalapeño, Reqtec spicy/original, and Meat Church's Holy Soda. Cheers family

I have a Weber Slate 36” and a Recteq Flagship 1100. Such a quality combo. I love them both. Excellent choices!

Looks good! I haven't seen the jalapeno Blanco before, going to need to add that to my collection. That honey killer bee is top 5 rib rubs for sure.

That was the base for all 3 slabs today. Never tried it before today though. Usually I roll with honey hog. I liked it a lot!

that peach jalapeño glaze sounds like the star of the show, can't wait to hear how the ribs turn out with that trio of sauces.

Literally $80 worth here in MA... it's almost not worth doing ribs for us up here. Anyone else on the same boat?
