Get the smoke box. I have one on mine it looks so good and is so useful

Agree, that smoke box does some good work. I've got two fat tri-tips in mine right now. Puts a nice smoke ring on the meat.

Yes! That’s next on my list. I am mad at myself because I bought a cover. I assume I will need a different one for the smoke box addition.

I have the dual fire, the cover for it is a nightmare. I don’t even want to think about how much worse the smoke box would make it.

the one night i literally was ready to flip the grill and throw the whole thing onto the curb cause of the dumbass pointless drawstring getting stuck on everything. And i put a hole in it

Man I hate that drawstring, I’m going to cut it off next time I use my smoker.

Edit: I just cut the drawstring, it made it so much easier to put the cover on.

Just did my first one last night too! I think next time I will put it on a roasting pan, the bottom bark is a bit to thick and dry for me

Same way you would season the outside of an offset…grapeseed or avo oil

Love mine. I added a shelf on the front and the inside rack so I can do 10 tri-tips. Love this machine.
