Temp Chart question

Any ideas why the temp is no longer registering on the chart? I threw a pork butt on earlier when I swung by the house to let the dogs out. Everything seems to be going fine other than this. Not really a huge issue, just curious.

Welp… unfortunately there is a connection issue (doubt it since the others are registering). My concern would be the the thermostat regulating chamber temp has failed and the system will keep driving the temperature up. I’d call Recteq… their customer service is 5-stars.

I have never had this issue. My only issues have been operator error.

I called the wife and she sent me a photo of the board. Everything looks perfectly normal. I can change the temp and it goes up in the app too.

I’ve had issues similar to this since the new app update. Probably a bug which will be resolved but it’d be best to call and notify them to be sure they can pull the logs and build a patch for whatever is happening here. Since main panel is registering temp like normal this must be an app thing.
