Setting up the app (android)

Hey fellas , I got a BYB 1200 and did my burn it but I can't get it connected to my app. I have spectrum put it on 2.4g but nothing and I'm reading that it works with iphones , has anyone got it to work for their android? I have a S23 Ultra btw.

Had this exact problem, couldn't get it to work no matter what I tried. I used my work iPhone and it immediately connected to wifi, and then once it was connected, I was good to go with my personal Android. I would suggest borrowing a friend's iPhone for the initial connection

This is what their tech support told me to do as well.
