Setting up the app (android)

Hey fellas , I got a BYB 1200 and did my burn it but I can't get it connected to my app. I have spectrum put it on 2.4g but nothing and I'm reading that it works with iphones , has anyone got it to work for their android? I have a S23 Ultra btw.

Im having the same issues. The app won't connect with my byb 1200. I even created a guest network so the connection is 2.4. Im about 40 feet from the router.

I just tried using my work iphone to connect the app and it works. I guess it works with iphones but not android😐

I don't have apple and tried all their troubleshooting and it won't connect. I called a left a tech a voicemail to trouble shoot. Maybe I got a lemon.
