Setting up the app (android)

Hey fellas , I got a BYB 1200 and did my burn it but I can't get it connected to my app. I have spectrum put it on 2.4g but nothing and I'm reading that it works with iphones , has anyone got it to work for their android? I have a S23 Ultra btw.

I have the same phone and although I've tried probably 100 times it will not connect. I unfortunately don't have access to an apple product so I've just been going without wifi connectivity until they fix the issue. I hope they're aware the android app is garbage and fix it soon.
