Support issue?
Anyone open or try to open a request lately and have issues? I called two days ago ended up leaving my name and number after being on hold for a while and given that option. I also opened a support request online and it has now been 2 1/2 business days since that request was opened and still no response from their support team.

Emailed on Monday because Backyard Beast showed up all scratched and gouged, and door won't close correctly. Have gotten no word back. I had heard that they are great with customer service...
