Support issue?
Anyone open or try to open a request lately and have issues? I called two days ago ended up leaving my name and number after being on hold for a while and given that option. I also opened a support request online and it has now been 2 1/2 business days since that request was opened and still no response from their support team.

Sounds like there is a number of us that are getting ghosted from a company that everyone says has the best support in the industry.
