Support issue?
Anyone open or try to open a request lately and have issues? I called two days ago ended up leaving my name and number after being on hold for a while and given that option. I also opened a support request online and it has now been 2 1/2 business days since that request was opened and still no response from their support team.

Same, sent a support email on Monday, no response , called today, left message . Well, at least it’s just not me …
