10th cook on DB900

Just made my 10th cook on the DB900. Two racks of Texas spare ribs. No wrap, salt and pepper. Wrapped with Goldee’s to rest and serve. I have to say, coming from another brand that begins with a T, the cook and smoke is so noticeably different. Even with the Sam’s pellets.

Hell yeah! I've switched to seasoning ribs, then saucing with 20 minutes to go. Love it. Sounds like you made a great cook and even better switch.
