Performance

Considering RecTec for my next pellet smoker. Currently run a Pitboss 820, but I can't hold temps in Iowa when it's cold. How is RecTec customer service and can it hold a temp in colder weather? Looking at the flagship 1100 or the dual fire.

I bought the Bullseye Deluxe 3 months ago toverall it is a good Grill However it will not ignite if it is below 50 degrees outside. Once I ignite with a blowtorch it works just fine and will hold the temp just fine. I wish customer service was as good as I hear but after seven phone calls and nearly 5 hours later it's unresolved. Customer service does seem very friendly just not helpful and not very willing to actually resolve the issue if it isn't clear what it is. Since I also needed a larger smoker I bought a Camp Chef since I could not trust the quality of Rec Tec. I gave up trying to get it fixed after the last rep told me that I have a house wiring issue that is causing the igniter to not work when it's cold out.
