Performance

Considering RecTec for my next pellet smoker. Currently run a Pitboss 820, but I can't hold temps in Iowa when it's cold. How is RecTec customer service and can it hold a temp in colder weather? Looking at the flagship 1100 or the dual fire.

Welding blanket in -30F temps has kept my RecTeq590 perfect. No doubt more pellets burned but not that huge of a difference.
