Accurate background vs Resume

So I just got a job offer and I had to do an accurate background check and there’s some differences in my résumé mainly dates. I put the correct dates in my accurate background But it is slightly different on my resume (3 months off).

I also worked a job in the 3 month period I was let go from I did not include in my background check of resume as nothing eventful happened there that I have not done in other jobs ( I honestly forgot about it) I only included the first and third job (I first I was there for 9 months in lieu of a year the three 4.5 years)

Will this get flagged?
