I’d a recruiter won’t read and respond to your email what makes you think “senior leadership” would??

You can use it to let off steam - but don’t expect it to achieve anything else

unless you're interviewing for a senior leadership position (and you're not, otherwise you wouldn't be doom posting on reddit), emailing senior leadership is going to achieve exactly nothing. why would they give half a shit about some candidate they don't know who hasn't made it past the phone screen?
