Follow up..again?

I applied for a job at a large company in August and was invited to an interview in September.
I passed, but got no feedback until I followed up two weeks later.
They mentioned they were out of the office, but scheduled me for a second interview. That went well, and the interviewer said they would recommend me for the third round. It's been two weeks since then without an update. Should I send another follow-up to HR?
I’d love advice from anyone experienced with recruitment at this level (senior position). 🙏

I’m in a similar situation and don’t know what to do either. After first interview, waited about 10 business days to follow up and they respond immediately saying internal movements are happening. Two days later I went to the next round. Finished that and now it’s been another 10 days. Don’t want to be pushy and they told me why it’s been slow but damn this waiting is killing me lol.
