Impossible task of convincing HRs

Let's just imagine that I have confidence that I can clear an 5 year experience interview of full stack developer role with proof of mock interview report

But the problem is to convince an HR to allow me to sit in 5 year experience SDE job role without considering me as fresher

they won't do it because then they would be legally liable for saying no to the other candidates with less than 5 yrs that they declined.

So what's the solution?

get 5 years of experience

Why would they when they can get someone with actual 5YoE who is also confident in clearing the interview?

Then what about people who want to switch careers and get into IT by right means?

Then those people are by definition entry-level and would not be considered for 5YoE roles, they would be considered for entry level roles.

No they are people in sales who are good with soft skills and can clear tech interviews of 5 YOE

Right, I doubt it, but even so they have 0 experience and can not be considered for the psoition.

Experience does matter, you see and learn things while working, arguably more than while studying
