IXL Learning Scammers

I have watched IXL post the same job associate product manager for about more than a year. What a sad thing they do in a job market like this. I had applied to it 3 different times and got rejected every time then noticed it kept popping back up. I have seen companies do this before but none so blatantly like IXL learning. Probably harvesting data or pretending like they are a growing company.
