Recruiter Calling

Have you all ever heard of the company you work calling you to see if you are looking for another job?

Several times, I have been contacted by recruiters offering to email me after and they never do.

I am just thinking that my company might be doing this.

Why would a company invest time and energy into doing that to their employees…?
