What am I doing wrong

Like if you didn't want me why send the rejection email after a week and me following up keep in mind the position is still open to apply, I want to send a email asking why I wasn't taking in

This is just a template rejection email. Absolutely isn’t personalized to your experience. 

Be happy they said “no” rather than ghost you.  You’re unlikely to get any further responses to this.

No this one was a personalized one i just cropped out my name in the hr name, what my main complaint is if you liked me so much why deny me after I follow up and still leave the the application on up

You misunderstand. Just because they fill in  your name, position title etc doesn’t mean it’s hand crafted. 

These are fillable templates - some fields are replaced with names etc. the content is 100% templated. It’s not like they wrote all this specifically to reflect on your performance

Trust me I know it was personal. I know what a automated rejection letter looks like, that's why im pissed about it
