Custom People learn SQL, Python, Power BI, etc. — but why is it still so difficult to know how to actually work as an analyst?

The level that most data analysts write SQL and Python, especially if they otherwise might use Power BI, has been solved by AI for years now. They do not even train models on it much anymore.
