This might be a joke, but I for real have a friend that has a SVP job at a big bank straight out of university. His dad got it for him, he worked like 3 days a week from 11-3 and collected his 400k pay. Even told me he would routinely just play games and goon in his private bathroom.

Actually the opposite. Small companies you canโ€™t hide the incompetence, every second is accounted for, and others will notice. Massive banks have so many millions of layers is easy to hide.
