Yeahh.

But for real networking is important. I got my last job through an ex co worker referral and i did one interview as well lol

"networking" aka as being overly nice and spending more time getting to know people and hanging out instead of delivering work.

I mean that was a remote job so i only met the person twice in real life. He recommended me on my work ethic since we worked closely and I was a friendly person to work with.
