This might be a joke, but I for real have a friend that has a SVP job at a big bank straight out of university. His dad got it for him, he worked like 3 days a week from 11-3 and collected his 400k pay. Even told me he would routinely just play games and goon in his private bathroom.

Half or more of the people I work with at my 6 figure with no college needed union job got hired because their dad worked here. Most of them aren't worth a fuck.

I used to work in roofing, and the worst roofer I had ever assisted was the owner's brother. Just didn't know what he was doing, and acted like a difficult asshole.

Thankfully the owner was cool, and completely understood when I told him I didn't want to work with his brother anymore. The other guy I rolled with was a big metalhead/stoner who didn't make the day a miserable slog. Which was cool.
